Emirates to change its commercial team in the Middle East

Emirates

In order to support the airline's efforts in rebuilding its worldwide network amidst the rise in travel demand and the relaxation of limitations, Emirates has announced new additions to its commercial team in the Middle East, Far East, West Asia, and Europe.

With this most recent shift, 11 skilled UAE nationals will be placed in key regions to oversee the airline's commercial operations and contribute their talents and experience to spur growth and create new ideas. They will also be in charge of expanding Emirates' relationships and presence in the designated markets.

Adnan Kazim, Chief Commercial Officer at Emirates commented: "As we accelerate our operations recovery and channel our collective energies towards rebuilding the aviation ecosystem, it’s imperative that we create opportunities for our talented managers to utilise their capabilities, experiences and leadership skills to the fullest.”

He added that the commercial outstation programme is in line with the plan promoted by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive, Emirates Airline & Group, and it reaffirms our dedication to fostering Emiratis by giving them chances to advance their careers and eventually become future leaders. I'm proud of the UAE nationals who help our company and represent the airline in some of its most important markets, and I'm looking forward to watching the new staff bring fresh ideas to their new positions.
