British film board gives Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Pathaan a 12A rating

  The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC), a non-governmental organisation founded by the British film industry, has given the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer film Pathaan a 12A rating, which means anyone aged 12 or over can go and see the film at the theatre. BBFC also revealed a few spoilers from the action film. According to BBFC, some scenes contain violence, sex and threats. Reportedly, Pathaan film revolves around an undercover cop and an ex-con, who are working together "to prevent the release of a deadly synthetic virus.” BBFC warned about injury detail, sex, threat and horror, and violence in the film. The BBFC said, "There is the occasional sight of bloody facial injuries and also blood from a gunshot wound in the aftermath of violence.” BBFC also said, "There is a moderate sex reference in which a woman rubs her bare knee against a man's clothed crotch.” According to the BBFC website, "There are shootings, stabbings, strangling and explosions.” The BBF...
