UAE stresses need to unite efforts to decarbonize shipping and ports operations

The Everlasting Consultant to the International Maritime Group, His Excellency Mohammed Khamis Al Kaabi, and Captain Saif Al Muhairi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Maritime, were part of the UAE delegation that took part in the event held in parallel to World Maritime Day and hosted by the South African government in Durban under the theme "New Technologies for Environmentally Friendly Transport." The delegation also participated in a high-level ministerial dialogue meeting to discuss important issues, including strengthening capability building, the technical cooperation programme of the International Maritime Group, and important challenges and opportunities for global commerce.
