UAE ministers offer condolences to Indian PM Modi over the death of his mother

  The President of the United Arab Emirates ( UAE ), His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, offered his condolences to the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the death of his mother, Heeraben Modi. His Highness reportedly wrote on Twitter, “I offer my deepest condolences to my friend Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the passing of his mother, Heeraben Modi. Our heartfelt sympathies are with him and his family during this difficult time.” His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice-President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, also expressed condolences to PM Modi over the sad demise of his mother. Several other world leaders also expressed grief and sent a cable of condolences to PM Modi. Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida was the first person to send condolences to PM Modi.
