UAE Non-Oil Business Activity Surges to Nine-Month High in December

 The United Arab Emirates' non-oil private sector recorded its fastest expansion in nine months in December 2024, buoyed by strong domestic demand and increased business activity, according to the latest S&P Global Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) report. PMI Highlights Robust Growth The seasonally adjusted UAE PMI climbed to 55.4 in December from 54.2 in November, signaling robust growth well above the 50.0 threshold that separates expansion from contraction. This marked the third consecutive monthly increase, underscoring sustained recovery in the non-oil sector. Key drivers of growth included a notable rise in new business activity. The new orders subindex rose sharply to 59.3 in December from 58.0 in the previous month, reflecting strong domestic demand. According to a recent survey by Business Name Generator, which UAE hailed is  the best  place  for  entrepreneurs  out of 52 countries examined, it is a desirable site for start-up businesses.

A number of variables, such as GDP growth forecasts, tax rates, cost of living, WiFi speeds, and satisfaction scores, were evaluated to identify the greatest locations for startup launches.   

Reports  revelaed  How  those  ranking  country   GDP increase of 4% in 2024. When combined with its high GDP per capita of $47,663, this points to a strong national economy that is advantageous for nascent businesses.

In the United Arab Emirates, a business can be lawfully established in as little as four days, and the monthly cost of living, without rent, was judged to be acceptable at $983.62.

The UAE scored 6.6 out of 10, which is a reasonable level of satisfaction and suggests that enterprises based there will profit from a happy lifestyle.

All things considered, the favorable economic outlook and competitive tax system make the United Arab Emirates a desirable choice in comparison to other countries.
