UAE and Azerbaijan conclude their ministerial experience exchange forum in Baku.

The governments of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Republic of Azerbaijan have successfully concluded the Ministerial Experience Exchange Forum, a two-day event aimed at fostering strategic partnerships and promoting the exchange of government experiences. Held in Baku, the forum was attended by ministers and senior officials from both nations, who engaged in over 20 sessions and meetings to explore various areas of cooperation.

The UAE delegation included prominent figures such as Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Government Development and The Future; Hessa bint Essa Buhumaid, Director-General of Community Development Authority in Dubai; and several other key officials from various ministries. Senior officials from various sectors were also present in the Azerbaijani delegation, which included Ulvi Mehdiyev, chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations. 

In November 2022, the UAE and Azerbaijan launched a strategic partnership to promote the exchange of government expertise across seven pillars, including government excellence, government services, capacity building, competitiveness and statistics, policies and strategies, government accelerators, and government performance. The forum was a significant step towards improving bilateral cooperation and communication between government leaders, paving the way for continued collaboration and mutual growth.
