UAE delivers 10 aid convoys to Gaza

The United Arab Emirates has sent ten humanitarian aid convoys to the Gaza Strip as part of its ongoing relief effort. This campaign, carried out under the "Gallant Knight 3" operation, seeks to offer critical food supplies, medical aid, and other requirements to Palestinians affected by the ongoing situation. Despite the challenges on the ground, the UAE's leadership has reaffirmed its commitment to humanitarian assistance, ensuring that relief reaches those in critical need. These convoys are part of a larger campaign to alleviate suffering in Gaza, where thousands of families are facing shortages of basic commodities. UAE relief teams, working in collaboration with international humanitarian groups, have been critical in ensuring the safe and efficient distribution of aid. The UAE is increasing its aid efforts in Gaza with its 238th flight to Al Arish

Yesterday  UAE  sent  UAE aid plane to be dispatched since the launch of 'Operation Chivalrous Knight 3' on November 5, 2023, to support Palestinian people.  

The UAE's humanitarian approach to supporting the Palestinian people is a testament to its firm stance to provide them with relief aid spanning the past few decades

In  which  Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 was launched by the Joint Operations Command of the Ministry of Defence in coordination with the Emirates Red Crescent, the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, and the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation.

The UAE has already airlifted 33,000 tonnes of food and medical aid and shelter equipment via 395 cargo planes, including 103 aircraft that participated in airdrops as part of the 'Birds of Goodness' operation.

Aid was sent to Gaza by six cargo ships that set sail from Cyprus, as well as 1,243 trucks
