In a Recent  Crisis, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has taken a laudable move, asking the UAE to offer immediate humanitarian aid and dispatch search and rescue teams to Libya in the aftermath of Storm Daniel's devastating floods.

It is pleasing to see leaders step forward with compassion and offer practical support in the face of
