The power of knowledge fostering international cooperation in a world where education transcends borders.This  Year We seen   attitude of global collaboration was recently on full show when the United Arab Emirates (UAE) awarded scholarships to 273 Ethiopian students, marking a significant milestone in the bilateral relationship between the two countries. 

These Ethiopian academics, chosen for their extraordinary achievement in the Ethiopian National School Leaving Exam, were given this once-in-a-lifetime chance thanks to Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed's (PhD) brilliant proposal. The UAE's generosity and commitment to education have opened avenues for these bright young minds, influencing not only their individual destinies but also strengthening ties between Ethiopia and the UAE. 

In a world filled with countless and difficult issues, education remains a light of hope and development. It has no boundaries and accepts no restrictions. The UAE's scholarship programme for Ethiopian students exemplifies how investment in education can result in positive change on both an individual and global scale.
