Enhancing Collaboration in Advanced Technology: A Conversation with Elon Musk on AI and Innovation.

Elon Musk is an innovator and entrepreneur whose focus is the development of cutting edge technology and particularly Application Intelligence (AI). Today's discussion revolved around understanding the dynamics of change in artificial intelligence with ways of improving teamwork in that field. Musk is also known for coming up with some mega ideas and even more mega strategies so it was not surprising that the call for global cooperation in use of AI was made to avoid disorganized competition of nations and industries that would ultimately waste a lot of resources and fail to solve the key issues of the 21st century. That vision which is his echoes with the increasing understanding that in order to tap the capabilities of AI, proactive implementation of these capabilities is of collective, rather than individual, nature. A focal point of the discussion was the ethics of AI and its development. As Musk pointed out, AI is more than a device, it is a way of thinking that will change bu

Indian cricket allrounder Hardik Pandya open to captaincy

Hardik Pandya, an all-rounder for India, declared after guiding his team to a convincing victory in the last Twenty20 (T20) match of their series against West Indies that he was willing to take over as captain of the squad permanently.

India won by 88 runs on Sunday at Lauderhill, Florida, although Rohit Sharma, their normal skipper, took a day off. This victory gave India a 4-1 series victory.

When asked if he would be interested in the position in the future, Pandya, 28, responded, "Yeah, why not? It's a pretty wonderful experience." I would be more than delighted to do that if given the opportunity. But for the time being, because the World Cup is approaching, it's important to improve as a team.

Pandya has experience in leadership positions, having led the Gujarat Titans to the Indian Premier League championship in their first season this year. Additionally, he led India to a 2-0 T20 series victory against Ireland in June.

This year, India has employed seven captains throughout the three formats, which Sharma hailed as a positive development for the group.

India have now won six of their last seven T20I series - the one against South Africa was split when rain washed out the decider in Bengaluru in June - since the 2021 T20 World Cup. In line with Dinesh Karthik's remarks, Hardik credited India's consistency to their abundance of talent and the management's commitment to provide its players with a sense of comfort.

"I believe [it's] the level of talent shared by all of the players and the level of freedom we currently enjoy. With the manner they are playing, India has become a new nation. We are more dangerous as a group because I see many individuals enjoying their independence and expressing themselves without considering the outcome."

The match on Sunday was the first time that spinners claimed all ten wickets in a men's T20I. In the absence of Kyle Mayers, who was resting, West Indies grouped their top right-hand batters together. Hardik then threw the new ball to Axar Patel, who moved ahead of Ravindra Jadeja by a game.

Patel then responded by taking the wickets of the improvised top three of West Indies during the powerplay. The last seven wickets were then split between wrist-spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Ravi Bishnoi as the hosts were dismissed for 100 while chasing 189.
