UAE’s Lifeline to Lebanon: 18th Aid Plane Delivers Vital Medical Supplies Amidst Crisis

  The United Arab Emirates has dispatched its 18th aid aircraft carrying 40 tonnes of essential medical supplies to Lebanon as part of the “UAE Stands with Lebanon” campaign. This ongoing initiative, launched in early October, aims to provide critical food, medical, and shelter supplies to the Lebanese population, who continue to face severe hardships due to ongoing conflict. In close collaboration with international organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), UAE humanitarian organizations are playing a pivotal role in delivering life-saving aid to Lebanon’s vulnerable communities. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed meets Israel's first lady

 



Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation, held talks in Abu Dhabi with Michal Herzog, Israel's first lady.

The meeting was held as Sheikh Abdullah and Ms Herzog attended a concert by the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra at the Emirates Palace Auditorium in the capital on Tuesday evening.

Both the meeting and concert were attended by Reem Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Co-operation; Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Youth; Mariam Al Mheiri, Minister of Climate Change and the Environment; Zaki Nusseibeh, Cultural Adviser to the UAE President; Lana Nusseibeh, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation and UAE Permanent Representative to the UN; and Mohamed Al Khaja, UAE Ambassador to Israel.
