  The United Arab Emirates has dispatched its 18th aid aircraft carrying 40 tonnes of essential medical supplies to Lebanon as part of the “UAE Stands with Lebanon” campaign. This ongoing initiative, launched in early October, aims to provide critical food, medical, and shelter supplies to the Lebanese population, who continue to face severe hardships due to ongoing conflict. In close collaboration with international organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), UAE humanitarian organizations are playing a pivotal role in delivering life-saving aid to Lebanon’s vulnerable communities. An exciting project that will benefit many people,as a new agritourism project located in Dubai’s desert will create 10,000 jobs and also make the emirate’s rural and wilderness areas the most enjoyable and beautiful places.

An ambitious new project Architecture firm URB has unveiled plans for the ‘Agri Hub’ complex that will be built in the Middle Eastern nation in the next couple of years.

The complex will not only provide the emirate with food security for the foreseeable future but will also become something of a tourist attraction.

It will allow local UAE farmers to sell products directly from their farms to visitors who stop by to browse eco-friendly shops, restaurants, and educational offerings. 

The Agri Hub will also include 100 percent water recycling, green transit systems, bio-saline agriculture, and on-site zero waste management.

The exact location of the new development will be confirmed in 2024.
