AIFF To Work For Sustainable Solutions: Kalyan Chaubey

Kalyan Chaubey

Kalyan Chaubey, the president of the All India Football Federation (AIFF), stated on Sunday that his group will work with stakeholders to establish "sustainable solutions" that would meet the needs of the game in the nation. Chaubey, who assumed control of the AIFF on Friday, promised to create and follow a "time-based roadmap" for Indian football. "India is a diverse nation, therefore any measures for improving football must be tailored to meet our needs. There isn't a ready-made explanation for that. "The most crucial step is to participate in inclusive conversations to find practical answers to our own football-related problems," he spoke.

At the three-day third Global Soccer Conclave in Mumbai, Chaubey stated, "AIFF will help the process and ultimately develop a time-based strategy to achieve the empowerment of the football ecosystem in every state."

He claimed there are no easy fixes for the issues affecting the nation's football, but the AIFF will continue to search for a successful recipe.

He claimed in a statement made public by the AIFF that "youth development, excellent human resources, and above all, responsibility can finally produce winning performance within the pitch as well as outside."

The newly elected committee has the required experience to take on the challenges and attain the destination, despite the fact that they can be difficult. However, I can guarantee that there will be viable answers and that they will produce outcomes.

I can guarantee you that by forming a number of high-power committees to propose the answers we need, we have already begun to move in that direction. Former India goalkeeper Chaubey, 45, defeated the illustrious Bhaichung Bhutia on Friday in the race for the position of AIFF president.

On Saturday, Chaubey held a thorough conversation about the Golden Baby League (GBL), which is run by the AIFF, and how to get more young people interested in playing footba In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, he gave instructions to establish a cutting-edge database with all the information on the 1,40,000 registered football players and about 35,000 participants in the Baby League.

Chaubey declared his intention to actively involve the executive committee members in the smooth operation of the AIFF administration.

According to the announcement, Chaubey "has agreed to allocate two executive committee members each to each department of the AIFF administration."

It will not only facilitate the department's efficient operation, but it will also bring all interested parties together and guarantee a better knowledge of the difficulties from all perspectives.
