Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between UAE and India

UAE

Earlier today, Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra held a meeting with Minister Reem Ebrahim Al Hashimy and discussed ways to further deepen the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two nations.

"Delighted to meet UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation Reem Al Hashimy. Discussed further steps in our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. Also exchanged perspectives on the regional and global situation."  EAM Jaishankar  posted  in X

In the last 10 years, the perception about India has changed in the UAE. They signed a free trade agreement with us and today the trade with the UAE has reached about 80 billion dollars.

In fact  last  2022  India and the United Arab Emirates signed a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) aimed at boosting the merchandise trade between the two countries to USD 100 billion over the next five years, according to a Ministry of Commerce and Industry press release. The deal was signed during the virtual summit meeting between PM Modi and Abu Dhabi's Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Indeed the  exchanged perspectives on the regional and global situations between  two leaders  will  reflects  on the deep rooted  relationship  between  UAE  and  India
