UAE

At a recent  UN  general assembly   The Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, in his capacity as Chairman of the Arab Group, called on members of the General Assembly to vote in favor of a draft resolution supporting Palestine's application for membership in the United Nations and granting it additional privileges.

By a majority of 143 votes, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution supporting Palestine’s application for full membership in the United Nations, and recommending that the Security Council reconsider the application. It also identifies ways to implement additional rights and privileges related to Palestine's participation in the United Nations.

The resolution, submitted by the Arab Group and a number of other countries, determines that the State of Palestine qualifies for membership in the United Nations in accordance with Article 4 of the UN Charter and “should therefore be accepted as a member” of the organization. It recommends that the Security Council positively reconsider this issue.

Granting Palestine membership would send a strong message from the international community to end this conflict and reach the two-state solution

This act  of  UAE  Leadership will never  forgotten  of  palestine  people  and  thier  generations
