UAE Non-Oil Business Activity Surges to Nine-Month High in December

 The United Arab Emirates' non-oil private sector recorded its fastest expansion in nine months in December 2024, buoyed by strong domestic demand and increased business activity, according to the latest S&P Global Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) report. PMI Highlights Robust Growth The seasonally adjusted UAE PMI climbed to 55.4 in December from 54.2 in November, signaling robust growth well above the 50.0 threshold that separates expansion from contraction. This marked the third consecutive monthly increase, underscoring sustained recovery in the non-oil sector. Key drivers of growth included a notable rise in new business activity. The new orders subindex rose sharply to 59.3 in December from 58.0 in the previous month, reflecting strong domestic demand. UAE Strengthen’s Clean Energy and It’s Well Managed

 I want to share something interesting about what I read today. It’s how Dubai's ruler Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has initiated the 300 megawatt first phase of the 900MW fifth period of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park, with ventures adding up to 2.058 billion dirhams and this is quite amazing. It’s surprising how the fifth stage will give clean energy to more than 270,000 homes in Dubai, including 90,000 homes by the authorized first stage, and will lessen 1.18 million tons of fossil fuel byproducts every year, as per the assertion. 

Another thing, To be appointed in stages until 2023, the fifth stage utilizes the most recent sun oriented photovoltaic bifacial advances with Single Axis Tracking to expand energy creation.
