The UAE President and the US President discuss bilateral relations and the path to regional stability.

President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the UAE engaged President Joe Biden in a recent phone chat, emphasizing the importance of bilateral relations and regional stability. 

The discussions focused on the upcoming United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) Conference of the Parties. Both leaders recognized the need of global cooperation in addressing the climate catastrophe, underlining the role that each country plays in securing a sustainable future. 

The discussion focused on bilateral relations, indicating a shared commitment to developing ties between the UAE and the US. This diplomatic action lays the groundwork for increased engagement in a variety of areas of mutual interest. 

In reviewing developments in the Palestinian territories, the leaders emphasized the significance of establishing secure procedures for unrestricted humanitarian relief delivery in Gaza. This reflects a common humanitarian commitment to tackle the region's major concerns.
