UAE makes it easier to bring medics into country during emergencies

Here’s something good that I want to share with what I read today as the UAE is making it easier to bring medics and frontline staff into the country during emergencies.

A new initiative aims to streamline procedures and cut down on red tape to facilitate their arrival.

The Bin Wariqah Service also aims to improve co-operation between departments and agencies.

Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, signed an agreement between his ministry and the Ministry of Presidential Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Health and Prevention, Department of Health Abu Dhabi and the Dubai Health Authority.

  Such good opportunities to enhance trade and investment ties between the UAE and Benin were discussed across different fields, including artificial intelligence, fisheries, agriculture, infrastructure, as well as energy and metals   UAE’s commitment to strengthening economic cooperation and partnerships across the African continent, an official business delegation visit was organised to Benin   These  delegation included representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, FCCI, Edge Group and E20.

  UAE   and  Turkey  diplomats discussed the dangerous developments in the Middle East region and the efforts of the international community to reach a sustainable ceasefire and strengthen the humanitarian response to the needs of civilians in the Gaza Strip.  emphasised the critical importance of close collaboration to ensure uninterrupted and ample humanitarian assistance for civilians in the Gaza Strip, while redoubling efforts to mitigate the suffering of the brotherly people of Palestine. “This significant development in non-oil trade exchange is the result of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement signed by the two countries on March 3, 2023, which entered into force on September 1st of the same year,” Sheikh Abdullah said, stressing on the importance of continuing joint work to further strengthen relations of cooperation and partnership in all fields.
