The initiative is launched in cooperation with the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments (GAIAE) to facilitate Hajj procedures and save pilgrims’ time. The system, which is affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), stressed that the online Hajj permit service will be the nation's achievement. Under this initiative, all the mandatory vaccinations for pilgrims have been made available at health centres in collaboration with other national health authorities. If a person wants to perform Hajj this year, they are required to obtain an electronic Hajj permit before leaving the country. A person has to follow four mandatory steps and the permit will be issued automatically on the Al-Hosn application.
