I want to share something interesting about what I read today. It’s how a country succeeds when it underwrites gifted personalities. Social orders need exchange that flash discussions and shape talk. The last decade has seen significant changes in the UAE, ones where Arab youth are urged continually to approach and exhibit their ability while honing their abilities.

 This is a demonstration of the country's obligation to enable the young.
