The United Arab Emirates has dispatched its 18th aid aircraft carrying 40 tonnes of essential medical supplies to Lebanon as part of the “UAE Stands with Lebanon” campaign. This ongoing initiative, launched in early October, aims to provide critical food, medical, and shelter supplies to the Lebanese population, who continue to face severe hardships due to ongoing conflict. In close collaboration with international organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), UAE humanitarian organizations are playing a pivotal role in delivering life-saving aid to Lebanon’s vulnerable communities. Trudeau Prepares To Deliver His Second Term Agenda Of ‘Collaboration’

The current Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is only concentrating in offering an agenda of collaborative effort and thoughts for the betterment of Canada. He is now slated to unveil the agenda for his weakened one is hoping to reach out to the opposition for support on tax cuts, healthcare and fighting climate change.

While he has not been able to put together a majority government and will have to do with an alternate version, he is heading the second term as PM that has been met with hot and cold responses from Mr. Donald Trump.

In the recently concluded elections, Trudeau won by a narrow margin and could establish a minority government. This means that in his second term, he is depending on the support of the other parties to govern. “We seek hardship for none and prosperity for all, and if we unite around these common goals, I know we can achieve them,” Trudeau told cheering supporters in Montreal. He said Canadians had sent a clear message of support for progressive policies.

In recent Canadian history, minority federal governments have lasted an average of about two years. Political analysts believe that Trudeau would need the support of atleast one more party to remain in power for longer. While none of the other three parties have come up to support him, they are neither heading for another voting session either. There is peace amongst the opposition parties.

Officials say that Trudeau’s speech would be presenting a collaborative tone, wishing to take along the Quebec’s separatist Bloc Quebecois, with 32 seats, on fighting climate change and protecting the environment. It will include the Liberal campaign pledges that invite a national prescription drug plan or ‘pharmacare’.

Andrew Scheer, the leader of the right-leaning Conservative Party seems like the only one wishing to give Trudeau a fight, but his own position is now shaky keeping in mind that he has not been able to defeat the current winning man.
